Los 1-Search for occurrence of the hazel mouse and the establishment of a monitoring area on the northern Harz edge/Atlantic biogeographic region 3.1 Investigation area Los 1 from the Atlantic Biogeographical region within Saxony-Anhalt is almost no current evidence of the hazel mouse. Despite intensive targeted studies, two furnished monitoring areas in the northern Harz foothills (Huy and Fallstein area) have not provided evidence for many years.
