Procurement of a spinning disk confocal microscopy system
Inverted spinning disk confocal microscope
- Fully automatic, inverted fluorescence research microscope with hardware autofocus control and hardware field of view of 25mm with a simple tube lens, two camera outputs (one to the spinning disk unit plus an additional one) with an F and a C mount adapter, 10x eyepieces, joystick and computer controls. The field of view diameter is evaluated comparatively, accounting for 5% of the overall evaluation
- Absolutely necessary: Interchangeability of Lenses and software interface with existing Nikon Ti2-E system. On the one hand, this is necessary because the following existing, complementary lenses with a larger working distance should also be used in addition to the lenses specified here:
o Plan Apo 2x, NA 0.1, WD 8.5 mm, air
o Plan Fluor 20x, NA 0.45, WD 8.2 mm, air
o Plan Fluor 40x, NA 0.6, WD 3.6 mm, air
