Description:
In Sachsenheim, approx. 420 children aged 1 - 3 years and approx. 830 children between 3 years and schooling. Sachsenheim is a growing city and the kindergarten requirements planning forecasts an increasing need for care space in the U3 and all-day area. To the impending deficitThe city has a day care center built by Aldi SE & Co. KG on the roof of the Aldi market in Suedring 1 by the Aldi SE & Co. KG. In the daycare center there should be both creche and Ue3 places in the form of all-day care.
The subject of the tender is the sponsorship and theOperation of the above Daycare. The contractor assumes the sponsorship for the daycare center on his own responsibility and ensures an order, law and contractual operation and the conclusion of all necessary insurance. The future carrier of the daycare center requires according to § 45 SGBVIII for the operation of the facility permission from the State Youth Welfare Office (KVJS). The operating license must be applied for by the future carrier. The carrier must obtain the operating license before opening the facility. A company agreement is concluded between the city and the sponsor.
