Description:
The city of Lindau says the sponsorship for a daycare center. The daycare center is located in the new development area of Vier-Linden-Quartier next to the shopping center "Lindaupark" and near the Reutin station in the Lindau Reutin district. The building of the daycare center was new Built and is expected to be ready for occupancy in the 4th quarter of 2025. There are apartments over the premises of the daycare center. Basic tears are made available with the offer documents. The daycare center comprises a total of 5 groups (3 crib, 2 kindergarten groups) and stretches over 2 floors in the building. Two crib groups are planned on the ground floor. The large meal area should also be located there. Another crib group and the two kindergarten groups are housed on the 1st floor. The entire usable space of the daycare center is approx. 900 square meters. After the connection of the apartments in the 4-linden district will gradually take place and the need is gradually arisen accordingly, the operation of at least 2 groups and from the daycare year 2027/28 the company is expected to be expected from all groups. The contract will be concluded on 01.08.2026.
