  The city of Offenburg intends to build a sports park south of Offenburg. The focus is on creating a space that connects and blends into the landscape inserting A place of movement as a park landscape, which provides both diverse and club sports-oriented as well as non-club-related sports and regenerative offers for a wide range of age groups. The new stadium including the stands, functional buildings and training pitches will be more integral and a natural part of this landscape. Path axes run through the area in north-south and east-west directions. As the center of the sports park, the new OFV stadium is embedded in and interlocked with the landscaped lawn and meadow embankment. By using fruit and wild fruit trees, the image of the cultural landscape is transferred to the park landscape. The content of this tender is the creation of the first "South Park" section of the sports park. The service includes the construction of the south park with the sub-areas Finnenbahn and Calistanics Aktivpunkt and lighting, artificial turf training pitch with standing stands, floodlights and irrigation and drainage, turf training pitch with floodlights and irrigation and drainage, higher-level work such as construction site setup, completion and development maintenance.
