• Project overview: The sports field building in Laudenbach is a central facility for local club and mass sports. Due to the age and poor structural condition, comprehensive renovation is required to secure the use in the long term and to operate to modernityAdjust standards. The renovation includes both energetic and functional measures such as the renewal of the building envelope, the exchange of technical systems and the modernization of the interiors. The measures are expected to be implemented in several construction phases to do sportsto be able to maintain largely during the construction phase. The core elements of the renovation are an interior and exterior renovation of the building. The energetic renovation of the roof, facade and windows/doors including renewal of the building technology (use of heat pumps instead of gas heating) and theRefurbishment of the sanitary areas in the foreground. The barrier -free redesign is mainly due to the accessibility of the building and in particular the use of the ground floor rooms.
