Description:
The subject of the proceedings is the renovation of the existing building of the Sigmaringen Clinics.
SRH Kliniken Landkreis Sigmaringen GmbH aims to ensure comprehensive, local health care in the Sigmaringen district and in response to the requirements resulting from the Due to demographic change, a comprehensive renovation of the existing hospital was carried out. After the successful completion of the expansion in July 2023, the renovation of the existing building will now follow.
The existing building to be renovated was built between 1976 and 1979; essentially The building and the technical equipment continue to exist in almost unchanged form to this day. The renovation measure therefore basically consists of the following measures:
(1) Complete renovation of the existing building based on an existing room and function book and
(2)Alignment the technology to the extension building (= new building). In this context, the technical equipment should be modernized or adapted to the latest state of the art. This particularly applies to the conversion of BOS radio to digital radio.
However, the exact contents are still to be discussed in the future Depending on discussions with the funding provider.
Property planning services (buildings and interiors) are procured in accordance with Sections 34 Paragraph 4 and 35 Paragraph 7 HOAI, service phases 1-9.
