Description:
The Burg an der Wupper Castle is a castle complex with several buildings that will be comprehensively renovated and upgraded in sections over the coming years. The castle has six floors and will be gutted and upgraded as part of the renovation work by building construction in order to accommodate the subsequent assembly workto enable all building services trades.
In the course of this, the gastronomic kitchen in Castle Castle will also be renovated, which will receive a total of six cooling cells for general gastronomic operations. These food and beverage cooling cells are to be partly in the basement and partly on the ground floorlap of the kitchen area, five of which are to be operated as MT (2C / 10C) and one as a LT area (-20C).
To ensure the required cooling temperatures, each cold room will have its own refrigeration system consisting of a condenser and evaporator. Here is to eMention that the condensers will be suitable partly for outdoor and partly for indoor installation.
In addition to the cold storage cells, the entire scope of services also includes the assembly and commissioning of all refrigeration systems, including the piping.
