Description:
The Rhein-Kreis-Neuss intends to convert and energy-efficiently renovate and expand the Michael-Ende School in Neuss. A feasibility study is available for this.
The Rhein-Kreis-Neuss is looking for suitable contractors to take on the necessary architectural and engineering services.
The The required services will be tendered separately into the following lots:
Lot 1: Property planning buildings and interiors
Lot 2: Specialist planning for structural planning
Lot 3: Specialist planning of technical equipment
Lot 4: Property planning for outdoor facilities
The implementation of the measures is carried out by an external person Project controller accompanied.

Lot 1: Property planning buildings and interiors
The Michael-Ende-Schule is a special needs school with a focus on language and currently serves as a place of learning for 195 students. The elementary school consists consists of three sections that are affected by the implementation of the measures: a new building that houses the open all-day school (OGS) and the cafeteria, an older school building with classrooms and an administration wing.
From the 2025/26 school year there will be a legal right to a place in the Provide all-day care for primary school children. For the year 2029, the number of students is forecast to be 212, spread over 17 classes.
