Description:
The Rhein-Kreis Neuss intends to renovate the Dormagen vocational training center (BBZ DO). There are two feasibility studies on this.
The Rhein-Kreis-Neuss is looking for suitable contractors to take on the necessary architectural and engineering services.
The required services will be separated into the following lots, advertised from each other:
Lot 1: Property planning for buildings and open spaces
Lot 2: Specialist planning for structural planning
Lot 3: Specialist planning of technical equipment
The implementation of the measures is accompanied by an external project manager.
With this procedure, the Services advertised for lot 1:
Lot 1: Property planning for buildings and open spaces
The building dates back to the 1970s and is in need of renovation in terms of its technical equipment, the structure of the building and also due to the outdated layout of the rooms.
It will therefore completely renovated and dismantled down to the concrete skeleton and the supporting masonry.
The same applies to the schoolyard.
