Description:
The Rhein-Kreis Neuss is the provider of the rescue service in the Rhein-Kreis Neuss (Section 6 Para. 1 RettG NRW). Like the large district cities of Neuss and Dormagen, the Rhine district of Neuss is also responsible for rescue stations (Section 6 Para. 2 RettG) in the cities of Grevenbroich, Juechen, Korschenbroich, Meerbusch and the municipality of Rommerskirchen. The operators (Section 13 Para. 1 RettG) of these ten guard stations are the recognized aid organizations German Red Cross, Johanniter-Unfall-Hilfe and Malteser Hilfedienst. The Rhein-Kreis Neuss now intends to procure the medical consumables to be standardized for all guards. For this purpose, a framework contract is hereby advertised from which the guards can access items online according to their needs. The bidder must meet the following two main criteria, which are described in detail in this tender: • Online shop for a closed group of users (each guard) with a defined shopping cart and statistical evaluation functions for the client (client) • Cheapest average price for the items contained in the shopping cart. The client is therefore aiming for several synergy effects that the bidder can achieve with his offer Performance should support: • More favorable conditions by bundling demand from all guards • Determination of a stock of medical consumables that is uniform in terms of quality and technical aspects • Transparency of consumption in the sense of effective quality management • Providing a valid basis for calculating operational costs
