As part of the renovation of the listed city hall Braunschweig, the construction management (performance phases 8 and 9) is awarded in relation to the technical building equipment.
An extensive renovation of the building fabric and the technical building equipment of the Stadthalle Braunschweig built in 1965.
there was an extensive determination of the need for renovation based on an inventory analysis by the IWB engineering office, Braunschweig. hat essentially illuminated the following points: architecture, structure, fire protection, technical building equipment, electrical engineering, event technology, pollutants, acoustics/ sound insulation, evaporating and thermal building physics.
Technical building equipment must be replaced. The town hall is a special focus on the constant optimization of contemporary use in favor of the listed substance.
