Description:
For the construction of the energy center and the energy generation plants, in particular planning services for the technical equipment, based on the service profile according to § 55 HOAI, service phases 2 to 9 (gradual) for the heat generation plants should be awarded. The performance phase 1 of theTechnical equipment for the heat generation systems has already been provided. The order now to be awarded relates to the subsequent services.
The planning services for the energy center and energy generation systems include in particular the planning of the energy producers,CHP and power-to-heat boilers (system groups 1, 2, 3, 4, 7.1 e.g. fire extinguishing systems, process heat systems and/or 7.2 e.g. technical systems for waste water treatment, technical systems for water production, pumping, storage).
The contractor provides all planning and consulting services sAs well as coordination, monitoring and control services for the services of those technically involved in the overall project, which are required according to the respective status of planning and execution of the project in order to implement the project.
Optional are the services of structural planning, based onAccording to § 51 HOAI, performance phases 1 to 9 (gradual) in relation to the existing building.
