Description:
Stadtwerke Achim AG plans a single-storey new building as an expansion for the warehouse and workshop building in Gaswerkstrasse 7 in 28832 Achim. The new building (construction phase 2) is approx. 55.60m long with a width of approx. 12.00 m. The storage area is in high and heavy-duty control warehouse as well as divided a small part with a level. In the southern part of the building there is a technology and training room and a training workshop. Design and construction The roof is inclined to two sides and designed to two heights to generate the necessary room height for the bearing goods. The roof shape is built via steel supports and carriers. The roof skin consists of a sandwich panel, partly with a photovoltaic system. Wall building boards that are placed on a StB base are used as the outer wall. The base runs north -stairs to the north to the rising Follow terrain. All inner rooms are massively separated with limestone sandstone walls. As a foundation, strip foundations are intended with a WU sole.
