Description:
The existing building is located in the Berlin district of Neukölln. The 5-storey residential building can be reached via public roads (Braunschweig and Zeitzer Straße). It has two steps. The courtyard area can only be reached by the two hallways. The residential building was built around 1905. In the stock, the residential building borders as a corner house with fire walls, within a closed block edge development, south and west to neighboring buildings. The residential building is built in solid construction with masonry walls and wooden beam ceilings and consists of basement, five rising floors (ground floor 4. upper floor) and an unsuccessful roof space. The conclusion is a gable roof with a concrete roof stone covering. The stairwells lead across all rising floors and thus open up all residential units. The basement is only accessible from the courtyard side, where there are tenant cellar areas and technology rooms.
