3.3104 Metal construction work facade 1 Mohl 3.3104 Metal construction work facade 1 Mohl The advertised service essentially includes: Dismantling work - Dismantle approx. 660 m2 of post-transom facades with insert elements, panels and connections and disposal, including removal and disposal of dangerous pollutants (KMF insulation) - Remove and recycle approx. 600 m2 of insulating glazing - Dismantle and dispose of approx. 22 m2 of post-transom glass roof with wired glass Metal construction and glazing work - approx. 2,100 kg hollow steel profiles of the welded facade support structures - approx. 680 m2 or approx. 77 pieces of new post-transom facades made of an attachment system on (existing) steel profiles with double insulating glazing and panels, with safety requirements and fall protection, including connections - 1 piece new building 1-wing. Escape door element in post-transom construction approx. 1,450x2115 mm, RC3 - approx. 22 m2 post-transom glass roof with wired glass on existing construction - 1 piece 2-wing. Sheet steel external gate EI30 C2, RC3, with one-sided sheet metal cladding, WxH approx. 3310x4090 mm Overhaul and renovation work - Painting of approximately 2,540 linear meters of existing steel profiles "in situ" containing pollutants and heavy metals Remove coating using laser process - approx. 725 m2 full renovation or initial application of a corrosion protection coating on steel supporting structures Sun protection work - Remove, refurbish and reinstall approx. 50 vertical textile external blinds Work and assembly planning...
