Subject of the measure: The property of the State Office for Immigration and Refugees (LaZuF) on the The Haart arterial road in the southeast of the city of Neumuenster was originally built in 1937 as the Robert Scholtz barracks. The barracks has served since it was closed in 1997
Northern part of the property goes to the state of Schleswig-Holstein as an initial reception center for asylum seekers.
Stock: The existing ones Accommodation buildings Houses 2 and 4 have three full floors (ground floor,
1st floor, 2nd floor) on a partially buried basement and an expanded one
Attic under a 45 sloping hipped roof.
The area and volume figures for the existing buildings are:
