Lot 1 - Property planning in accordance with Section 34 ff. in conjunction with Appendix 10.1 HOAI Scope of services Services are commissioned in accordance with Section 34 ff. HOAI in conjunction with Appendix 10.1 HOAI on LPH 2 to 9. The client envisages a gradual commissioning process. LPH 2 to 4 are commissioned first. Ordering LPH 5 to 9 is optional. A legal right to transfer There is no provision for services beyond service phases 2 to 4. If necessary, informally name any subcontractors required for the respective subject of the order. The awarding authority reserves the right to request additional suitability documents. According to contract The contractor must provide the following services in the 1st stage: 1.Basic services The contractor must provide service phases 2 to 4 of Section 34 Paragraph 3 HOAI. The basic services are according to Appendix 10.1 HOAI to Section 34 Paragraph 4 and § 35 Paragraph 7 for these listed service phases. The following services are provided by the client and do not form part of the contract: (not applicable) 2.Additional services (voluntary information, optional commissioning) Planning or Consulting services for thermal insulation and energy balancing Fire protection concept according to AHO No. 17, LPH 1 - 4 The commissioning of the 2nd stage is optional according to the contract.
