Description:
The measure includes the production of a depot for the local bus operation. The client intends to replace the existing depot, with a new building. The new building has to be built during operation. For this reason, the construction project is in 2 construction phases executed. The 1st construction phase can only be started after the partial demolition has been successfully dropped, see attached construction period. The storage hall and parts of the buildings belonging to the workshop are torn down. The majority of the workshops and the administration building will be until the beginning of the 2nd Construction phase, remain full of operation. Only after the end of the 1st construction phase and the commissioning of the new workshop, the new car wash, the new administration building, the dismantling, the old workshop and the old administrative building can be started with the 2nd construction phase. The Steel and metal construction work is carried out exclusively in the 1st BA.
There are also different steel metal elements (stairs, handrails, running rails, edges, platforms, single houseings, too deliver / to assemble / manufacture / install.
