Steel construction and locksmith work, visitor center historical mill, Muehlenhaus complex
The building ensemble of the visitor center Historical mill is located on the northeastern edge of the Sanssouci park, Potsdam. Buildings and park are under monument protection (UNESCO World Heritage Site).
Planned is the renovation and restoration of the building stock, Muehlenhaus complex MHK (1. BA) and Marstall (2nd BA), and the addition with new buildings (1st BA), Swiss house, extension West, supplementary construction north as well as infrastructure measures and reorganization of the open systems in two construction phases. The current one will Visiting center supplemented by gastronomic offers, a museum and bookshop as well as a visitor toilet.
