- Description:
- The Chamber of Commerce and Industry for Upper Franconia Bayreuth intends to build a new inter-company training center ("IHK-Campus Bayreuth"). The new building will be multifunctional requirements in the area of vocational training and further education (IHLehrebetrieb,
IHK testing and educational policy Formats). The building is planned as a light construction. Except for the basement - this is intended in reinforced concrete construction - the building made of steel, wood and glass is built. The load -bearing steel structure, with which the halls overcrowling steel assembly tools, is with steel trapezoidal sheets covered. Roof structure with a green flat roof structure and photovoltaics. The outer walls are built in wooden frame construction with mineral fiber insulation. The outer skin is executed as an rear -ventilated plate cladding.
It is planned that this project "New IHK Campus Bayreuth" from the Free State of Bavaria and the European Union from the European Fund for Regional Development (ERDRE 2021 BIS2027) is funded. A corresponding funding application was made.
