- For his headquarters in Karl-Wiechert Allee 60 C, 30625 Hannover, Aha is planning the construction of two building complexes on two different construction fields on the company premises. The I building (KWA-Z04) is a 4-storey social and office building with adjacent workshops, whichat the same time is built with the 1st BA of the H building (KWA-Z02). The entire infrastructure is also replaced. In the new building complex, a social area, an administrative area for the employees of building management, construction planning, the subject area of EDP and LUK, as well as variousMeeting and training rooms created. In the subsequent single -storey middle section, the technology rooms as well as two workshops supplying the entire complex are intended. The hall construction receives a set solid core for further workshops. The workshops (1.OG workshops) open and closed storage areas. As part of the concept, the existing traffic structure is also integrated, and on the other hand, a barrier -free entrance area to the administration building is created.
