• Description:
• The contractor undertakes to produce and deliver lunch meals taking into account the following conditions. The contractor also takes over the disposal of the resulting food waste and waste. Usual fringe benefits must be provided to the extent that it is customary and necessary in the industry, even if these are not expressly mentioned. The average number of food portions to be produced and delivered each day is an estimated guideline based on a forecast and changeable. The information about the expected scope of delivery does not justify the provider's claim to exhaustion of this amount. The food must be delivered to daycare centers no later than 15 minutes before the food distribution begins to be done at least one hour beforehand. The exact delivery times must be determined in consultation with the client. The above delivery times are binding for primary schools. The form of management is external management chosen.
