- Technical requirements: - Update the TYPO3 system from the currently used version LTS 11.5 to the current version of LTS version 14 at the time of implementation (expected in 2027) - Install TYPO3 security updates after consultation with the client - Fix Errors in the TYPO3 system (bug fixes) - Correction of errors in extensions of the TYPO3 system - Updates and further developments / optimizations from a content and structural point of view (including technical documentation) - Creation or addition of the response guide for technical Innovations and further developments - Deriving recommendations for action and implementing them for search engine and AI optimization - Ensuring accessibility through technical, automated monitoring - Automatic detection of broken links, spelling errors and other formal errors Page errors - Ensuring the technical security and availability of the system in coordination with the hosting service provider - Optimizing the search function Design requirements: The design of the state portal, the ministry pages and the participation portal corresponds to the design specifications of the State of Baden-Wuerttemberg (see https://design.landbw.de). The design is constantly being developed, which may mean that adjustments to the website may be necessary. Strategic development: - Strategic advice on the further development of the content of political online communication of the state government - Strategic further development, including the integration of the social media strategy - Development of new formats and modules for the state portal, the ministry kit and the participation portal - Active submission of suggestions for improvement - Meeting between the client and Contractor as needed, but at least twice a year
