Description:
In preparation for such situations, in addition to further precautions, a contract for the killing of poultry is to be concluded which ensures that in the event of an animal disease the material, technical and human capacities are available to effectively combat the animal disease. HiThe aim is to kill poultry stocks as quickly and effectively as possible in accordance with the provisions of REGULATION (EU) 2016/429 of the European Parliament and of the Council of March 9, 2016 on animal diseases and amending and repealing certain legal acts in the field of animal health ("animal healthright") i. In conjunction with Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2020/687 of December 17, 2019 supplementing Regulation (EU) 2016/429 of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to provisions for the prevention and control of certain listed diseases in the applicable country frameng and the Animal Health Act of November 1, 2018, as amended.
