- The Berlinale stores all submitted digital cinema cinema on a central storage system before and during the festival and transfers the data by fiber optic network into the different venues. To do this, a Dellemc Islion/PowerScale is to be bought. The exact configuration of the Systems and the expansion stages can be found in the price sheet.

The Berlinale stores all submitted digital cinema cinema centrally a speech system and transfers it into different venues by fiber. So far, a Dellemc Isilon H500 Gen6 Cluster has been used. A new, more powerful system of the same technology platform is to be bought for future festival editos. General requirements for the hardware: - A Dell PowerScale system with six H700 nodes including chassis, switches, licenses, cables and support should be procured. - Through The accompaniment has extensive experiences and existing infrastructure, which is specifically tailored to this system. - Alternative systems are possible due to the increased integration effort, possible compatibility problems and the training costs excluded. -Only PowerScale H700 nodes with the required configuration (see price sheet) may be offered. -The delivery takes place completely ready for use and with the software/firmware stands tailored to the client. - the installation and the final But ... - Documents :
