• Description:
• As part of the objective, the TU Ilmenau as a regional, European and international university is looking for external support for the following tasks:
  1. Analysis of the strategic control structures of the TU Ilmenau against the background outlined;
  2. Identification of concrete Adaptation and elaboration of an implementation strategy;
  3. Support of the university management in the implementation of the necessary organizational change ("change-process") over the entire range of services of the university (including the student lifecycle);
  4. Profile development and positioning the TU Ilmenau in national, interregional and European context (references to EHEA, ERA and European university strategy). This is only about points apart from the specific course portfolio - this is already being processed separately. The focus is on measures to strengthen Innovation and knowledge transfer paths, e.g. for increased participation in European research programs and tenders.
  5. Advice on the promotion of innovation (including socially, ecologically and hybrid -oriented approaches) and in our unique selling points organized initiatives in teaching research and transfer with the aim of improving the positioning of the TU Ilmenau in regional, national and international context;
  Development of measures to secure the medium and long-term sustainability of the change processes (including Change of the mind set);
  7. In points 2. To 6. We expect a special consideration of the experiences and results of other university alliances ("Do's and Dont's")
