Description:
The subject of the services is the connection and operation of the FTTB and coaxial networks of the network level 4 ("NE4")
in the existing real estate of the WBM
housing association Berlin-Mitte mbH(Together "WBM") and her 100%daughter
MMB (together with MMB the "AG"). The bidder takes over the management, service and maintenance
The NE4 to ensure an uninterrupted end customer supply. The performance
also includes the fiber optic expansion according to the binding expansion plan(Probably
until the end of 2035), including the establishment of new FTTH networks in existing and new buildings of the
WBM. Existing coaxial NE4 networks are gradually replaced by FTTH. The
fiber optic expansion is supported by a construction cost subsidy of the AG. The performance also includes leasing(plus share of sales) of the networks (KOAX and FTTH) by MMB to the
bidder and the provision of triple play services (TV, Internet, telephony) by the bidder
in the objects of the WBM with single leftOperation of the FTTB and coaxial networks of the network level 4 ("NE4")
in the existing real estate of the WBM
