Description:
1. Project description: The general renovation of the Strohgauhalle in Leonberg Hoefingen is planned, including repairs/renovation of the technical building equipment. Planning should begin in spring to summer 2026. The complete completion date for the measure is 2029 aimed for. An energy renovation roadmap is available and must be implemented. The actual modernization and repair costs for maintaining the use of the Strohgauhalle should be examined and summarized. During the measures there would be a limited one Operation of the hall is desirable. Renovation at specified intervals/closures must be examined and compared to a cost-intensive interim hall. / 2. Condition report: The Strohgauhalle Hoefingen was built in 1978 at the same time as the Staigwaldhalle and consists of one 3 field hall with a foyer, a grandstand and several changing rooms with wet rooms, a kitchen area, control rooms and additional rooms. The technology is located in the partial basement. The hall has a net floor area of approximately 2,143 square meters.
