Description:
1. Project description: The general renovation of the Strohgäuhalle in Leonberg Höfingen is planned, including repairs/renovation of the technical building equipment. Planning should begin in spring to summer 2026. As a complete The target completion date for the measure is 2029. An energy renovation roadmap is available and must be implemented. The actual modernization and repair costs for maintaining the use of the Strohgäuhalle should be examined and summarized. Limited operation of the hall would be desirable during the measures. A renovation at specified intervals / closures must be examined and a cost-intensive interim hall should be used place. / 2nd condition report: The Strohgäuhalle Höfingen was built in 1978 at the same time as the Staigwaldhalle and consists of a 3-field hall with a foyer, a grandstand and several changing rooms with wet rooms, a kitchen area, control rooms and adjoining rooms.
