• The subject of this contract is the structural planning services in accordance with §§ 49 ff. HOAI and the building physics services in accordance with Annex 1, Section 1.2.1 HOAI. for the conversion of the former building of the Hachenburg sports club into a house Clubs/town hall in Hachenburg. The property planning for service phases 1 to 3 § 34 HOAI is already available. Approval should be applied for. The intended renovation is also taking place in view of the increased fire protection requirements. For the existing sports club buildings, only a comparative inventory statics is available. A very important basis for calculation for structural planners is how to deal with the existing structure and its documentation. The client is currently leaving the inventory checked by a structural engineer. The intention is to raise the roof. The load transfer will take place at the supports. There is an identical building in the neighboring community. These inventory statistics were the basis for the orientation report static testing of the existing building. Component openings took place in coordination with the structural engineer.
