Description:
The St. Nikolaus School in Dormagen currently consists of a school building, an OGS building and a sports hall. Due to the increased need for childcare from all-day students, the city of Dormagen, the St. Nikolaus School is intended by a two-storey cultivation to the OGS building and byto expand the conversion of the existing OGS building and to make it more sustainable. Furthermore, a new sports hall is to be built and the school yard including the necessary sewer renovations is to be redesigned. With this tender, an contractor is looking for the planning services of theCar planning, fire protection and building physics for the construction of the sports hall. The subject of the advertised order are basic and special services from the performance phases 1-9 in accordance with § 51 HOAI, from the service phases 1-5, 8 and 9 in accordance with AHO Issue No. 17 and from the performance phases1-8 in accordance with Appendix 1 to Section 3 (1) HOAI. The other planning services, including the planning of the structure planning for the other sub -projects, are or have already been awarded separately. Particular attention should be paid to the fact that all performance components are ongoing when operatingbe implemented. Details can be found in the tender documents.
