The subject of the tender are services for the static specialist planning (structural planning) for object planning buildings and engineering buildings according to Part 4, Section 1, § 49 ff, HOAI 2021
The planning task refers to the renovation and conversion measures of the building stock according to the overviewthe renovation sections from BA8 (see Appendix plan pad "Overview of construction sections" from 06.02.2025).
The upcoming construction phases 8 and 9 include expected construction costs of approx. EUR 11.8 million gross or total construction costs of approx. EUR 16.7 million gross. (As of Feb. 2025).
