The city of Mannheim is planning a new construction of a culture and sports center in combination with a volunteer fire brigade. The space program of the fire brigade includes a usable area of approx. 878m2. The spatial program of the culture and sports center is based on four multifunctional rooms and covers a usable area ofa total of approx. 1,769 m2. The rooms are of different sizes to reflect different needs. Appropriate equipment features and the possibility of separating or connecting individual rooms guarantee a high level of flexibility for a wide range of possible uses.
