Description:
The development company Bergheim gGmbH is a subsidiary of the district town of Bergheim and was commissioned to implement the integrated urban development concept Quadrath-ECHENDORF (hereinafter ISEK Q.-I.) adopted in 2024. The reuse of the Hochhaus Frenser Str. 13-15 is One of the central projects of ISEK Q.-I. For the next funding phase from 2025. The district town of Bergheim acquired the dilapidated Hochhaus Frenser Str. 13-15 on September 1st, 2021. The building became and intends to completely demolish the building in the course of 2024 on April 24, 2025 broken off.
