  Structural engineering and building physics
  Based on a closing date for the German Bundestag, the DLR Institute for Electrified Aviation Drives (EL) and founded for CO2-poor industrial processes (Tue). The DLR intends that new buildings for these two institutes on a 11,000 m2 large Partial area of the development plan area W/40/116 of the city of Cottbus north of the Campus of the Technical University of Cottbus-Senftenberg. Both institutes should be in a closed structural context, including a jointly used conference building and a test hall, but under Provision of the respective usage -related building -related independence. The immediate environment of the construction measure and the building plot is fully developed by a separate project of the DLR (Infra project). A comprehensive determination of needs and basic determination is available (See systems on the contractual terms). The DLR also intends to grant priority, while maintaining economy, the use of renewable building materials and ecological types.
