Description:
The planning services of a structural engineer to be provided in accordance with §51 HOAI including the following side services: -Sconstructive fire protection -thermal insulation proof according to the opposite -sound proof -sample -like controls sound/thermal insulation -Syal coordination costs The structural planning planningcomprises the expansion of the existing cafeteria and an extension. The two-storey cultivation consisting of two OGS rooms (approx. 75.00 m2 each) is said to have a direct connection in the form of a jetty and a stairwell with an elevator to the school building. This is with a gross floor area ofRd. 275 m2 planned. The OGS rooms and all other classrooms will be accessible in the future. In accordance with the latest standards and, considering the intended climate neutrality, an energy standard according to KFW40 must be observed, including the construction completely inBuilding wooden frame construction and the roof structure is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the city of Castrop-Rauxel with a green roof with photovoltaic elements.
