Description:
In a parallel procedure, a solution proposal (project sketch) to impart a design idea for the construction of the sports and leisure pool in Villingen-Schwenningen must be made. The subject of this procedure is the Europe -wide award of services of structural planningin accordance with HOAI 2021, part 4, section 1, §§ 49 ff in the negotiation procedure with an advanced participation competition for the new construction of the bath.and the leisure pool takes into account architecturally appealing. A sustainable, cost -effective and energy -optimized building concept with high design quality is to be developed. Due to the design, the urban quality, the value of the areas and the inner functionality areto prove convincingly. This is to be created as the possible climate-neutral sports and leisure pool Bad, which takes into account the individual demands of the different user groups. The bathroom is supposed to map a total of 5 pools with a wide variety of requirements: 2 sports pools, 1 teaching swimming pool withLow floor, 1 multi -purpose pool and 1 toddler pool.
