Structure planning for a new building workshop, warehouse, etc.
Participation competition for planning services according to HOAI for LPH 1 to 9 in the VGV negotiation procedure according to § 14 (3)
The subject of the award is the services the planning according to § 49 ff HOAI for the construction project: "New building workshop, warehouse and open spaces under ongoing operation.
According to the current assessment, the following essential components include their technical equipment:
• Various dismantling measures and construction freedoms (i.W. Old workshop, warehouse, residential buildings, scaffolding roof)
• New building workshop with car wash and office, warehouse, locksmith, toilet, archive
• New building warehouse as a barrel warehouse with workshop and "garage" for frost -sensitive machines
• Outlashes
• E-charging stations for trucks and KW
• EMSR technology including connection to the existing system of the ADG
The subject is all planning services in accordance with Section 49 ff.
This includes in particular:
Obeauen (including possibly outbuilding)
The project has through the main cost groups 300, 400 and 500 (according to DIN 276-1: 2018-12) a total volume of approx. € 3.7 million.
A maximum of 4 applicants are approved. The lot decides on more than 4 suitable applicants.
