- The subject of the present procedure is the Europe-wide allocation of services of structural planning in accordance with HOAI 2021, Part 4, Section 1, §§ 49 ff in the negotiating procedure with an advanced participation competition for the construction of a sports and multi-purpose hall in Mosbach. It became an interdisciplinary Competition to find the best possible object planning solution for the task.
Structure planning for the new construction of the Waldstadtzentrum, Mosbach
Mosbach (23.484 inhabitants) is a middle city in northern Baden-Wuerttemberg, about 25 km north of Heilbronn and 35 km east of Heidelberg. The Waldstadt residential area belongs to the core city and is around three km above the old town on the height. It was built in the early 1960s as a demonstrative construction project of the federal government. The forest city currently has around 2,000 residents.
On the parcel, on which the forest city The primary school is located, the gym, which serves as a sports and meeting place for the school and the clubs. This is not able to renovate and not designed as required. Therefore, a new sports and multi-purpose hall is to be built, which also spaces for all-day care provides for primary school and rooms for the clubs and the public.
