- The municipality of Strullendorf is planning to expand the primary school in Amlingstadt. The planned new expansion building will create space for the all-day cooperative for up to 75 children. The construction project essentially includes a single-storey extension with a flat roof, the structural and technical connection to the two-story existing building and the restoration of the outdoor areas as a simple play and lounge area. Planning services for service phases LPH 1-3 (architectural design planning with cost calculation) have already been carried out according to HOAI object planning for buildings provided. Planning services according to HOAI property planning for outdoor facilities have not yet been provided. The total costs according to DIN 276 are estimated at approx. €3.45 million gross. The construction project is funded with public funds according to FAZR. A detailed description can be found in the tender documents (description of measures + appendix 01 preamble).
