New construction of the integrative generation center consisting of a basement, ground floor and upper floor in solid construction and curtain facade. The planned new building fits into the urban context with four tractor roofs moved to each other in structure and cubature. A uniform curtain facade connects the slightly transferred parts of the building to one unit. The room concept was in coordination with the building owner, the Participants and the various users. The aim is to create a pleasant, light -flooded feeling of space. All technology and storage rooms are housed in the basement. In addition to other sanitary facilities, the entire youth center with cafe, fitness room and Sound studio housed in the basement. On the ground floor, the creche with 4 group rooms as well as sanitary and adjoining rooms, the dining room, 3 relaxation rooms and other staff areas are planned. In addition, the MGH cafe with the kitchen, storage and adjoining rooms, office space and sanitary facilities is on the ground floor housed. On the upper floor is the kindergarten with a total of 3 group rooms. This includes side rooms, a multi -purpose room and other staff rooms.
