Description:
The aim of this study is to record and evaluate the current requirements, problems and barriers along the transaction process (e.g. registration, payment, delivery) in digital marketplaces. As part of the study advertised here, only commercial digital business-to-consumers (B2C) should be the subject of the research object; i.e. platforms such as "Nextan.de" or "eBay small ads", which are primarily aimed at non-commercial sellers, should not be taken into account. Business-to-business (B2B) marketplaces are also not of interest here. The focus and a focus of investigation should generally be used for consumer issues.
