Description:
A study is to be created from the AN that supports the AG comprehensively in introducing a new standardized and innovative procedure of biotope mapping by combining several methods to collect the natural data on military properties. Techniques and methods from the following areas should be viewed at least: remote sensing methods using satellites, drones, radar and aerial photos (especially in areas of dynamic practice are methods for change detection of interest), sample recordings, interpolation techniques and DNA barcoding. In the special interest, innovative approaches to recording on the forest areas are in particular. The procedure is intended to be based on the current standards of the BioTop mapping BUND (BKBU) and has the goal of an increase in efficiency in repetitions. In addition, the Natura 2000 management planning based on the BKBU is to be slimmed down and conceptually adapted to the current legal requirements and political framework.
