Description:
The subject of the procedure is the conclusion of a framework contract for the delivery of standard keyboards, standard and vertical mice as well as card readers for the BA's IT workstations as well as applicant workstations in the career information centers, training rooms, etc.). The tender includes the following services: • Delivery of at least 20,000 standard keyboards including claims for defects for 24 months • Delivery of at least 20,000 mice including claims for defects for 24 months • Delivery of at least 330 vertical mice (300 right-handed / 30 Left-handers) including claims for defects for 24 months • Delivery of mobile card readers (class 1) including claims for defects for 24 months • Technical support • Return of transport and packaging material The minimum purchase quantities specified in the list of services (LV) are over for the entire contract term. There is no obligation to purchase any estimated purchase quantities beyond the minimum purchase quantities. Information regarding the minimum order quantities and pack sizes is listed in the LV. The maximum quantities for the individual services are the LV and represent the upper limit under procurement law for the use of the framework agreement and have no connection with the estimated quantities used by the BA or the budget resources provided by the BA.
