Description:
The Stuttgart road railway AG ("SSB") has been a central public transport service provider in Stuttgart for 150 years and serves almost 970,000 people. It is one of the largest and most modern local transport companies in Germany and plays a crucial role in the mobility and quality of life in Stuttgart. The SSB is planning to move the headquarters to the new rental property "Am Wallgraben 95" in the first half of 2026. For this purpose, the new main administration with so-called flexible room solutions (telephone boxes and room-in-room systems) is to be furnished. In addition to the project, it is also considered in other properties the SSB to support telephone boxes and room-in-room systems if necessary. The aim of this tender in the negotiation procedure with participation competition is to conclude a framework agreement without an obligation for the SSB with a company and at the same time commissioning the first Furniture. Based on the offers for this furniture, the contractual partner of the framework agreement is determined.
