• Description:
• The subject of this tender is the complete, operational construction of the technical building equipment (TGA) for the operational building part of the Stade Süd waterworks. The scope of services includes all plumbing, heating, cooling, Ventilation and the associated building automation including all ancillary services. The TGA systems serve to ensure proper, hygienic and energy-efficient operation of the part of the company building and are designed specifically for Requirements of a water management company building. This includes in particular the drinking water, wastewater and drainage systems, the heat supply to the building using heat pump technology with associated heating circuits as well as the Air conditioning and ventilation of the required rooms. The service also includes the delivery, assembly, insulation, testing and commissioning of all pipelines, ducts, fittings, aggregates and system parts including the necessary measurements, Control and regulation devices. The TGA systems must be fully integrated into the higher-level building automation, ensuring autonomous operation of the building technology systems. Necessary interfaces to automation and control technology of the waterworks and the fire alarm system must be established. All services must be carried out in accordance with the relevant standards, guidelines and technical regulations as well as taking into account the applicable legal requirements. The facilities are to be erected ready for operation, documented professionally and handed over including the instruction of the operating staff.
