- The municipality of Suedheide is planning to improve outpatient medical care with the construction of a regional care center (RVZ) on the property it owns, which was previously developed with a fire department building, in the Hermannsburg district of the municipality of Suedheide in the region. The project is part of the model project of the state of Lower Saxony, which develops and tests innovative approaches to ensuring health care in rural areas. The aim is to sustainably increase access to high-quality medical care for the population while at the same time meeting the challenges of demographic change and the shortage of skilled workers in the healthcare system. The project is supported by a grant from the state of Lower Saxony. The subject of this award procedure is the services of property planning for outdoor facilities (§ 39 ff. HOAI). A rough cost estimate from the client assumes construction costs (KG 200-500) amounting to EUR 1,968,000 (gross). The provision of services must begin immediately after the contract/order has been awarded. The planning is aimed at completion by October 31, 2027. The Specialist planning for the property planning of buildings and interiors, structural planning and technical equipment have already been commissioned. In a previous procurement process, no contractor could be found for the open-air facility planning.
