Sulingen sewage treatment plant expansion - trade M6: digester equipment, gas treatment and gas utilization Expansion of the Sulingen sewage treatment plant for an expansion size of 40,000 PE with new equipment/conversion of the mechanical pre-cleaning and primary clarification, expansion of the biological purification stage through new construction of a three-part rectangular aeration tank including blower station, new construction of secondary clarification tank II, expansion/new construction of a company building and construction of an anaerobic sludge digestion with gas storage, gas treatment and Gas utilization. Trade M6: Digester equipment, gas processing and gas utilization: - Equipment of the digester with central agitator as well as gas extraction dome, foam trap and inspection openings - Digester operating system with turbid water extraction, Floating sludge extraction, emergency overflow and drain line - Heating sludge system with 2 heating sludge pumps and sludge heat exchanger - Piping with stainless steel lines including manual and electric slide valves - 2-substance heating boiler system for digester gas/liquefied gas operation - Gas treatment with gas pressure booster fans and activated carbon filter system - Pipe installation for the gas supply with stainless steel pipes - Equipment of the condensate shaft - Delivery and installation of 2 CHP units, each with 75 kW electrical output as a container system - Emergency cooling system and plate heat exchanger, cooling centrifugal pumps, table cooler - exhaust system with exhaust stack - switching and control system for mains parallel operation Doc Title: Sulingen sewage treatment plant expansion - Trade M6: Digester...
