• Purpose, use The city of Bielefeld intends to expand the existing traffic computer in order to be able to use future-oriented traffic control functionalities and LED display cross-sections to convey information. The main aim of this measure is the reduction of emissions and immissions. On the one hand, this should be achieved by optimizing the traffic flow and utilization of the road network and avoiding (parking) search traffic.
